高职高专是我国目前培养技能型应用型人才的专门学校,技能型应用型人才应会的操作管理能力,主要获取途径是高职高专实践教学活动。实践教学质量的高与低,将直接彰显高职高专办学和人才培养特色。要通过运用PDCA循环质量管理法,从目前高职高专实践教学存在的问题出发,深刻理解PDCA循环的内涵及特点;通过PDCA循环在高职高专实践教学具体运用的四个阶段,构思高职高专课程实践教学质量提升和高职高专集中实践教学质量提升的办法。

Higher vocational colleges are colleges specialize in training technical and applied talents in China.The operation management ability of technical and applied talents can be developed through practical teaching activities of higher vocational colleges.The practical teaching quality directly shows the features of school running and talent training.By taking into consideration the problems existing in practical teaching of higher vocational colleges at present and applying PDCA cyclical quality management method,We can come to a deep understanding of the connotation and characteristics of PDCA circulation and conceive the methods to improve curriculum practical teaching quality and promote practical teaching in higher vocational colleges through the four stages of PDCA circulation in the practical teaching of higher vocational colleges.
