在芦苇各生长期分别灌溉不同浓度的NH4NO3溶液,分析土壤中微生物数量的动态变化情况。结果表明:土壤中细菌、放线菌在芦苇发芽期、展叶期、拔节期、抽穗开花期和成熟期的数量均随NH4NO3溶液浓度的升高而增多;真菌在芦苇发芽期、展叶期和成熟期的数量无明显变化,在拔节期、抽穗开花期的数量均随NH4NO3溶液的浓度升高而增多。灌溉相同浓度的NH4NO3溶液,土壤中细菌、放线菌的数量均从发芽期开始逐渐升高,至拔节期达到最高,然后逐渐降低;土壤中真菌的数量在拔节期最高,抽穗开花期次之,发芽期、展叶期和成熟期土壤中真菌的数量无明显变化。
在蘆葦各生長期分彆灌溉不同濃度的NH4NO3溶液,分析土壤中微生物數量的動態變化情況。結果錶明:土壤中細菌、放線菌在蘆葦髮芽期、展葉期、拔節期、抽穗開花期和成熟期的數量均隨NH4NO3溶液濃度的升高而增多;真菌在蘆葦髮芽期、展葉期和成熟期的數量無明顯變化,在拔節期、抽穗開花期的數量均隨NH4NO3溶液的濃度升高而增多。灌溉相同濃度的NH4NO3溶液,土壤中細菌、放線菌的數量均從髮芽期開始逐漸升高,至拔節期達到最高,然後逐漸降低;土壤中真菌的數量在拔節期最高,抽穗開花期次之,髮芽期、展葉期和成熟期土壤中真菌的數量無明顯變化。

On the basis of simulation experiments at laboratory barrel and by the irrigation in each reed growth period with 5 concentra- tion of NH4NO3 solution, the effect of different concentrations of NH4NO3 solution on the soil microbial quantity was analyzed respectively within a growing season. As the concentration of NH4NO3 solution increases, the quantity of bacteria and actinomycetes increased in the sprout period, exhibition leaf period, jointing stage, heading stage and maturity of reed. The number of fungal had no significant change in the sprout period, exhibition leaf period and maturity, however, its quantity increased in the jointing stage and heading stage with the increase of concentration. The quantity of soil bacteria and actinomycetes changed with similar patterns, or beginning to increase gradu- ally from the germination period to the jointing stage, which reached the highest and then decreased gradually. The fungi number in the soil jointing stage was the highest, followed by the jointing period, and the number of fungi in the soil had no significant change in the period of sprout, exhibition leaf and maturity.
