采用水溶液聚合工艺,通过正交实验考察了中和度、单体质量浓度、引发剂用量和聚合温度对聚丙烯酸钠相对分子质量的影响,得到最优条件:中和度1:0.9,单体质量浓度为35%,引发剂用量0.1%,聚合温度为45℃,并通过乌氏黏度计测定其黏度,根据公式计算其相对分子质量2.764×10^9,与样品的相对分子质量接近。

The effects of neutralization degree, the monomer concentration, dosage of initiator and reaction temperature on the relative molecular weigh of sodium polyacrylate are investigated with aqueous solution polymerization through orthogonal experiments. According to the formula calculation, the viscosity is deter- mined by ubbelohde viscometer, sodium polyacrylate (2. 764 ×10^9 ) is obtained under the optimum condi- tion of neutralization degree of 1 : 0.9, monomer concentration of 35 %, dosage of initiator of 0.1%, reaction temperature of 45 ℃ ,which is in accordance with the sample.
