在调研国内外相关研究的基础上,结合全承载式客车的特点,建立了某客车车身骨架有限元模型。计算了该车在弯曲、转弯、制动及扭转4种工况下的应力及变形,并进行了模态分析。分析结果表明,设计的车身满足强度和变形的要求,分析结果可以为客车车身的改进设计提供理论依据。

Based on the investigation of the related domestic and overseas research in the domain, combined with the characteristic of all entire-bearing coach body frame, the finite element model of the bus frame was established. The stress and strain distributions are obtained in four situations: bending, turning, braking, torsion Meanwhile, the modal characteristics analysis is accomplished. The result indicated that the designed body structure satisfied the requirements of strength and stiffness criterion. The theoretic bases are given for improving design, and the analytical results are helpful to the optimized design of bus body structure.
