Fishmeal-free Feed Formulae for Tilapia%Chemical Evaluation%Amino Acid Balance%Feeding Experiments
为了探讨不同配方无鱼粉蛋白饲料中氨基酸平衡对罗非鱼生长性能的影响,以罗非鱼肉作为参考蛋白模式,采用5种化学评价方法和养殖试验相结合,对无鱼粉罗非鱼实验配方及对照中氨基酸的平衡和蛋白质营养价值进行评估。结果表明:实验配方Ⅰ为最佳配方组,其必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)为90.75,氨基酸比值系数分(SRCAA)为77.75,必需氨基酸相对比值(EAARR)为85.58,养殖效果亦最好,罗非鱼的增重率达158%,饲料系数为1.24。实验组的结果进一步显示,必需氨基酸平衡程度越高,罗非鱼生长效果和饲料效率愈好。因此,运用氨基酸的平衡性调整无鱼粉饲料配方,提高罗非鱼的生长性能、饲料转化率及蛋白效率是可行的。

In order to discuss the effect of Aamino acid balance of fishmeal-free protein feed in the different formula for performance of Tilapia, by means of five chemical analysis methods and results of mariculture experiments, using tilapia fish as protein reference model, the nutritional value of essential amino acid (EAA) of tilapia fishmeal-free experimental formula groups and control group were evaluated. The results showed that formula Ⅰ was the most effective experimental group. The essential amino acid index (EAAI), score of ratio coefficient of amino acid (SRCAA) and the essential amino acids relative ratio (EAARR) were 90.75, 77.75 and 85.58, respectively. And production performance of formula I was also the best, the growth rate of tilapia was up to 158% and feed coefficient was 1.24. It suggested that growth effect and feed conversion rate (FCR) could be better in experimental formulae groups containing more-balanced amino acid. It was rather effective to improve the growth performance, FCR and protein conversion efficiency of tilapia using amino acid balance of fishmeal-free feed.
