实验以轮枝拟青霉(Paecilomyces verticillatus)GZ为材料,以发酵产虫草菌素为指标,在发酵过程中对其添加活性炭进行两相培养。结果显示:活性炭的最适添加量为0.4g时,培养液中虫草菌素的含量为12.465mg/L,比对照组提高了1.57倍。最适添加时间为0h(即活性炭和菌种同时添加),培养液中虫草菌素为12.465mg/L,比对照组分别提高1.57倍。

실험이륜지의청매(Paecilomyces verticillatus)GZ위재료,이발효산충초균소위지표,재발효과정중대기첨가활성탄진행량상배양。결과현시:활성탄적최괄첨가량위0.4g시,배양액중충초균소적함량위12.465mg/L,비대조조제고료1.57배。최괄첨가시간위0h(즉활성탄화균충동시첨가),배양액중충초균소위12.465mg/L,비대조조분별제고1.57배。
In our experiment, we use the Paecilomyces Verticillatus GZ as the material and the content of the cordycepin production by the fermengtation as the index to add with carbon.At last,We confirmed that When the co-culture concentration is 0.4g, the content of cordycepin is 12.465mg/L, it is 1.57 times as the blank group (CK) . When the adding time of cordycepin are 0 hour, the content of cordycepin in the culture medium has both been enhanced, 12.465mg/L respectively. Compared with the control group,the content has been improved by 1.57 times.
