通过对毕节市城区废旧电池回收利用现状的问卷调查及访谈调查，发现毕节城区废旧电池的回收利用率极低，民众对废旧电池危害认识不足并缺乏相关法律法规。对此，提出了加强废旧电池回收利用宣传教育和资源化技术研究，加强相关立法与执法，建立健全回收处理体系等措施。

Through the present situation investigation of waste battery＇ s recycling in Bijie, we found the recycling rate of the waste battery is low and people lack of understanding on the harm of waste battery, and lack of perfect law. At the aspect of waste batteries recycling, this paper puts forward some measures including reinforcing related propaganda education and utilization study, related lawmaking and executing methods, building perfect reclaim disposal system.
