在不同低温处理下,分别对引进的3个品系欧洲报春叶片和花进行相对电导率及游离脯氨酸含量测定,分析其抗寒性的差异,结果表明:3个品系的欧洲报春花叶片伤害度、半致死温度和游离脯氨酸含量变化较为相符,其叶片和花的耐寒性强弱为:丹若娃的叶片〉里拉的叶片〉妃纯的叶片;妃纯的花〉丹若娃的花〉里拉的花,与其在露地栽培中观察到的结果相符。
在不同低溫處理下,分彆對引進的3箇品繫歐洲報春葉片和花進行相對電導率及遊離脯氨痠含量測定,分析其抗寒性的差異,結果錶明:3箇品繫的歐洲報春花葉片傷害度、半緻死溫度和遊離脯氨痠含量變化較為相符,其葉片和花的耐寒性彊弱為:丹若娃的葉片〉裏拉的葉片〉妃純的葉片;妃純的花〉丹若娃的花〉裏拉的花,與其在露地栽培中觀察到的結果相符。
재불동저온처리하,분별대인진적3개품계구주보춘협편화화진행상대전도솔급유리포안산함량측정,분석기항한성적차이,결과표명:3개품계적구주보춘화협편상해도、반치사온도화유리포안산함량변화교위상부,기협편화화적내한성강약위:단약왜적협편〉리랍적협편〉비순적협편;비순적화〉단약왜적화〉리랍적화,여기재로지재배중관찰도적결과상부。
On different low-temperature Ireatment conditions, the conductivity and free proline content of leaves and flowers of three imported strains of Primuia acauiis were detected separately to analyze the difference of the three strains in cold resistance. The analy- sis result showed that the three strains of Primuia acauiis were basically same in variation of leaf damage degree, sernilethal temperature and free proline content; and the cold resistance of the three strains of Primtda acauiis was ranged as follows: leaf of Danruowa〉 leaf of Lira〉leaf of Feichun; flower of Feichun〉flower of Danruowa〉 flower of Lira. The analysis result accorded with the result observed through open field culture of the tree strains of Primuia acauiis.
