对河蟹蟹苗室内人工培育的实际工作过程进行深入调研,在试验分析的基础上得出蟹苗培育水质环境的控制参数及其最优范围为:pH值8.2—8.6;溶解氧Z1--Z2阶段大于5mg/L,Z3-Z5阶段大于6mg/L,Z5第4日-M阶段大于7mg/L;水温15—25℃;氨氮小于1.0mg/L。该结果可为蟹苗培育环境自动控制系统的设计提供依据。

This paper establishes the control parameters and the range of optimal control in the process of juvenile crab cultivation through the research on working process of current indoor artificial juvenile crab cultivation. We conclude that the most optimal range of the parameters is as follows: pH values is 8.2 to 8.6, the dissolved oxygen is 5 mg/L at the stage of Z1--Z2and more than 6 mg/L at the stage of Z3--Z5, the stage of Z5 fourth days to M greater than 7 mg/L,the water temperature is 15 to 25℃. Ammonia nitrogen is less than 1.0 mg/L. The research will lay a foundation for the design of automatic control system for juvenile crab cultivation environment.
