为探讨玉米秸秆还田对土壤微生物群落数量的影响,设置不同季节与不同剂量秸秆还田试验,寻求最佳季节与用量。研究结果表明:随季节变化推移,土壤中细菌、真菌、自生固氮菌、纤维素分解菌的群落数量在秋季达到最大,放线菌数量在夏季达到最大,硝化细菌数量随季节变化不明显;当秸秆施入量为800kg/667m^2时,除硝化细菌数量变化不显著外,其余各微生物群落数量均达到最大,且与各处理相比差异极显著。

This study investigated the effect of straw returning effect on the soil microbial community. It is helpful to explain the straw returning interaction effect, stalk soil quality assessment and soil microbial communities and offer important scientific value. The results show that with season variation, the amounts of soil bacteria, fungal, azotobacter and cellulose decomposition bacteria reach a maximum in autumn, the amount of actinomyces reaches a maximum in summer, and the amount of nitrobacteria shows little change with season variation, andwhen the maize straw residue amount comes to 800 kg/667 m2 in autumn, the rest amount of various soil microbial com- munity reach a maximum, except the amount of nitrobacteria change a little, and there is a significant difference compared with the various treatments.
