以产自日本巴工业株式会社的炭化活性污泥为研究对象,考察了该炭化活性污泥的物理特征参数,并对其用于污水处理的安全性进行了检验。结果表明,该炭化活性污泥的比表面积为140 m2/g,以中、大孔空隙为主,碳元素含量占42.3%,具有吸附剂的特征;同时,炭化活性污泥在水体中不存在重金属污染现象,水洗烘干后的炭化活性污泥在水体中的污染物释放量远低于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级B标准,可用于生活污水的吸附处理。

The physical parameters of the carbonized sludge which was producted by a Japanese company of bar industry kabushiki kaisha were detected in the experiment,and the safety of carbonized sludge used in the wastewater treatment had been tested.Results demonstrated that the specific surface area of the carbonized sludge was 140 m2/g,and the structure was mainly with macroporous and mesopore.The carbon element content was 42.3%,there was no heavy metal pollution phenomenon in the water treated by carbonization sludge.The pollutant released from the carbonized sludge which had been first washed and then dried was extremely few which was far below to the first level B standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18912—2002).The carbonized sludge which had been first washed then dried could be used for wastewater treatment.
