[目的]合成对称的5-硝基水杨醛双缩二氨基硫脲Shiff碱,并测试其抑菌活性。[方法]目标化合物经红外、元素、核磁、质谱确证其化学结构,并用管碟法测试其抑菌活性。[结果]4种不同浓度对2种细菌均有一定程度的抑菌效果,但对革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果优于大肠杆菌。[结论]该新化合物对革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑制效果。
[目的]閤成對稱的5-硝基水楊醛雙縮二氨基硫脲Shiff堿,併測試其抑菌活性。[方法]目標化閤物經紅外、元素、覈磁、質譜確證其化學結構,併用管碟法測試其抑菌活性。[結果]4種不同濃度對2種細菌均有一定程度的抑菌效果,但對革蘭氏暘性金黃色葡萄毬菌的抑菌效果優于大腸桿菌。[結論]該新化閤物對革蘭氏暘性金黃色葡萄毬菌有較好的抑製效果。
[목적]합성대칭적5-초기수양철쌍축이안기류뇨Shiff감,병측시기억균활성。[방법]목표화합물경홍외、원소、핵자、질보학증기화학결구,병용관설법측시기억균활성。[결과]4충불동농도대2충세균균유일정정도적억균효과,단대혁란씨양성금황색포도구균적억균효과우우대장간균。[결론]해신화합물대혁란씨양성금황색포도구균유교호적억제효과。
[Objective] The aim was to obtain Bis-Schiff base condensed from 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde and thiocarbohydrazide,and test its antibacterial activities.[Method] Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,MS,and 1H-NMR.At the same time the antibacterial activities of the compound were tested by cylinder-plate method.[Result] The results showed that four different concentration had a certain antibacterial effect to two bacteria,and had better activities against Staphylococcus aureus than E.coli.[Conclusion] The new Schiff base had better activities against Staphylococcus aureus.
