以十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,以丙二醇等组分为稳定剂,以30%盐酸等组分为pH词节剂,在充入N2和CO2使釜压达0.1-0.12MPa条件下,将γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷以及NaHS溶液分别打入反应釜进行合成反应。反应液经分层、脱色、蒸馏等工序获γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。该工艺具有反应温度低、反应时间短、产品纯度高达98.5%(优级品99%以上)、质量稳定、综合成本低等优点,有较好的应用价值和工业化前景。

With laurtrimonium chloride and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalysts, with propylene glycol etc. as stabilizing agent, with 30% hydrochloric acid as pH regulator, under the condition of reactor inside pressure which reached 0.1- 0.2MPa by the addition of N2 and CO2, γ- mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane was obtained through the course of synthesis which γ - chloropropyltrichlorosilane reacted with sodium bisulfide solution in reactor, lay separation, decolorizafion, distillation. The technology had the advantages of low reaction temperature, short reaction time, high purity which was up to 98.5 percent ( super product was above 99 percent), stable quanlity, lowr comprehensive cost, and had a good application value and a good industrial prospects.
