为了对汽车OBD系统的氧传感器信号进行采集和分析,文章选用TMS320F2812微处理器开发环境,设计了基于TMS320F2812和LabVIEW的数据采集系统,并利用试验证明了检测系统的有效性,得到利用微处理器采集的氧传感器数据,在LabVIEW软件界面能够以波形的形式动态显示实时的氧传感器电压信号,并完成该信号数据的保存工作,从而实现了对发动机数据的实时监控,为后续的OBD性能分析奠定了基础。

In order to acquire and analyze signals from oxygen sensor, first the development environment of TMS320F2812 has been chosen and functions of each module are introduced in the paper. A data acquisition system based on TMS320F2812 and LabVIEW is designed, and the accuracy of the system is proved by experiment, the data of the oxygen sensor collected by microprocessor is obtained. The reahime voltage signal of oxygen sensor is displayed in the form of dynamic in the interface of software LabVIEW, and the preservation of the signal data is completed. Thus, a reahime system monitoring of engine data is established, laying foundation for the follow-up analysis of OBD performance.
