分析了大连LNG接收站生产工艺及储罐区特点,利用冲量气体喷射扩散模型计算了储罐低压输送管道发生泄漏后天然气蒸发扩散时爆炸下限浓度的分布,运用DANGERS软件计算了蒸气云爆炸波参数,对储罐区发生火灾爆炸危险进行了定量评价。结果表明,当泄漏孔径为200mm时,LNG泄漏下风向最大危险距离为310m,距爆源中心61.3m范围内的暴露人员将遭受伤害。结合该接收站的具体实际,提出了针对性的防治措施。

In this paper,the basic situation of Dalian liquid natural gas station is introduced.The maximum density of the explosion distribution of liquid natural gas after an explosion was analyzed by Momentum Gas Jet Dispersion evaluation method and the explosion hazard was calculated by Multi-Energy Method.The evaluation result shows that the hazard distance is 310 m and the facilities and personnel within the radius 61.3m would be destroyed and damaged.Based on the analysis of the main factors,some improving measures are suggested.
