高密度聚乙烯内衬油管既有塑料管耐磨性和耐腐蚀的特点,又具有钢质油管的机械强度,在杆管防偏磨方面取得了良好的应用效果。在充分考虑井斜数据的基础上,通过对杆管三维力学模型的研究,计算全井段杆管之间摩擦力的分布,据此设计出一套基于井眼轨迹的防偏磨内衬管的添加方案,并对添加内衬管后的杆柱组合进行受力分析及三维可视化显示,将所得结果与现场实际数据进行对比验证。该技术为内衬管防偏磨工艺的现场应用提供一定的理论指导。

HDPE Liner Tubing has not only the feature of wear resistance and corrosion resistant of plastic pipe,but also has the mechanical strength of common oil tube and get good application effect in the rod and tube partial-wear.On the basis of fully consideration,the three dimensional hole trajectory,by reassuring the Three-dimensional mechanical model of rod and tube,the whole well force of friction are calculated by using this model.Based on the whole well force of friction a scheme of adding HDPE oil tube lined is designed and rod string combination are analyzed after adding HDPE Liner Tubing and the results are compared with the real data of field and displayed in 3-D visualization.This technique could provide guidance for field application against rod and tube eccentric wear.
