预氧化在碳纤维生产过程中起到一个重要的过渡作用,适当的预氧化工艺是制备性能优异碳纤维的基本保障。笔者通过在空气气氛下对PAN基碳纤维进行不同温度热处理,通过调整工艺参数,研究PAN基碳纤维在预氧化过程中分子链内的环状结构形成机制。结果表明:聚丙烯腈原丝在预氧化过程中,自身的官能团发生了脱氢和环化反应,并形成了含有C=N, C-C的梯形结构。热氧化过程中温度低于250℃时,纤维表面含氧量不断增加,主要增加的官能团为羟基、醚键以及羰基。

예양화재탄섬유생산과정중기도일개중요적과도작용,괄당적예양화공예시제비성능우이탄섬유적기본보장。필자통과재공기기분하대PAN기탄섬유진행불동온도열처리,통과조정공예삼수,연구PAN기탄섬유재예양화과정중분자련내적배상결구형성궤제。결과표명:취병희정원사재예양화과정중,자신적관능단발생료탈경화배화반응,병형성료함유C=N, C-C적제형결구。열양화과정중온도저우250℃시,섬유표면함양량불단증가,주요증가적관능단위간기、미건이급탄기。
Pre-oxidation plays an important transition role in the process of carbon fiber production; appropriate pre-oxidation process is the basic guarantee of excellent carbon fiber preparation. In this paper, the author researched chain structure forma-tion mechanism of PAN based carbon fiber during pre-oxidation ring within the molecular through air atmosphere of with different heat treatment temperature and adjusting the process parameters. The results showed that the polyacrylonitrile precur-sor during pre-oxidation, its functional groups the dehydrogenation and cyclization reaction, which formed contains C=N, C-C trapezoidal structure. The temperature of thermal oxidation process below 250℃, the fiber surface oxygen levels continue to increase, mainly increase the functional groups of hydroxy, ether bond and carbonyl group.
