教师是高校的两大主体之一,其教学业务水平与教学能力关乎人才培养质量与学校内涵建设。通过对当前高校教师培训的问题分析,对培训主旨的论述,在总结实践经验的基础上,提出了以教师专业发展为主旨,将理论研究、教学实践与教师自身发展相结合,搭建教学交流、互动和学习平台,使教师在业务能力提升与自身发展中提高教学质量和工作效率的多途径教师培训理念与模式。

Teachers are one of the two main bodies in university ,whose professional skills and teaching a-bilities are important relation to the quality of talents training and connotations construction of universi-ty .Based on summarizing the practical experience ,the problems of university teachers'training is ana-lyzed in this paper .A new idea and mode of university teachers'training is proposed ,w hich purport is teacher professional development ,by combining the theory research ,teaching practice and teachers'cul-tivation ,building teaching exchange and learning platform .This new idea and model is improving to the teaching quality and the working efficiency in the process of professional ability enhancement and self-development of teachers .
