目的探讨不良反应注射用脂溶性维生素(I)致过敏反应的临床特点和处理方法。方法对3例注射用脂溶性维生素(I)致过敏反应患者临床资料进行分析，并结合患者具体情况，给予相应的处理，观察效果。结果经过处理，3例患儿症状均有所好转或恢复正常。结论对注射用脂溶性维生素(I)致过敏反应患儿，应及时给予处理，确保患者用药安全，严防不良后果发生，缓解患儿临床症状。
목적탐토불량반응주사용지용성유생소(I)치과민반응적림상특점화처리방법。방법대3례주사용지용성유생소(I)치과민반응환자림상자료진행분석，병결합환자구체정황，급여상응적처리，관찰효과。결과경과처리，3례환인증상균유소호전혹회복정상。결론대주사용지용성유생소(I)치과민반응환인，응급시급여처리，학보환자용약안전，엄방불량후과발생，완해환인림상증상。
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions Fat-soluble Vitamin for Injection (I) the clinical characteristics and treatment of allergic reaction induced by.
