Wuling mycelia powder%Flavonoids%Content determination
目的:建立乌灵菌粉中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,通过紫外扫描确定最大吸收波长,在最大波长处以芦丁为对照品对总黄酮含量进行测定。结果采用以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝显色的可见分光光度法在510nm 处测定乌灵菌粉中总黄酮含量,芦丁对照品在5.5~55μg?ml-1范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程:y=0.013x-0.0176(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.430%(n=6),RSD%为1.268%。结论采用以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝显色的可见分光光度法简便,准确可靠,可作为乌灵菌粉中总黄酮的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish a method to determine the content of total flavonoids in Wuling powder. Methods Total flavonoids in WuLing Powder were determined at 510nm by ult raviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as standard control. Results NaNO2-AL(NO3)3-NaOH colorimetry was used for determination of flavonoids in Wuling powder. The regressive equation was y=0.013x-0.0176(r=0.9997), the recovery was 99.430%(n=6) with RSD was 1.268%. Conclusion The methods is simple and accurate. It can be used as an quality control method of total flavonoids in Wuling powder.
