农村小额信贷作为金融发展史上农村经济发展的一种行之有效的融资方式，在解决低收入人群贷款难及增收缓慢等方面发挥了其独特的贷款作用，但仍然面临各种风险和挑战。本文阐述了当前我国威海市农村小额信贷发展的现状，分析了存在主要的风险问题，并提出发展农村小额信贷风险防范及对策建议。

Rural microfi nance plays a unique role in solving the loans about low-income people as a postive way of fi nancing of rural economy development history of fi nance development.However,it remains facing al kinds of risks and chalenges.This report express the current situation of rural micro-credit of Weihai,analyze the main existing risk problems,and come up with suggestions about how to develop rural micro-credit and prevention of risk.
