目的：评价医院门诊口服降糖药物使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对门诊2009年～2011年口服降糖药物的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行排序、统计、分析。结果该院口服降糖药物DDDs总值、年用药总量和年销售金额呈上升趋势，DDDs值排前三的分别是二甲双胍肠溶片、阿卡波糖片、瑞格列奈片。结论二甲双胍肠溶片、阿卡波糖片和瑞格列奈片为该院口服降糖药物的一线药物，该院口服降糖药物的用药结构基本合理。
목적：평개의원문진구복강당약물사용정황，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법대문진2009년～2011년구복강당약물적응용품충、소수금액、용약빈도、일균비용등진행배서、통계、분석。결과해원구복강당약물DDDs총치、년용약총량화년소수금액정상승추세，DDDs치배전삼적분별시이갑쌍고장용편、아잡파당편、서격렬내편。결론이갑쌍고장용편、아잡파당편화서격렬내편위해원구복강당약물적일선약물，해원구복강당약물적용약결구기본합리。
Objective To evaluate the hospital outpatient oral hypoglycemic drug use,to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods From 2009 to 2011 in the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs variety, sales amount, DDDs, average daily costs for sorting, statistics, analysis. Results Of the oral hypoglycemic drugs DDDs gross, years dose andannual sales amount is on the rise, the value of DDDs rank in the top three were metformin, acarbose tablet, enteric coated tablets ofrepaglinide tablets. Conclusion Metformin enteric coated tablets,acarbose tablet and repaglinide tablets for the oral hypoglycemic drugsfirst-line drug, medication structure of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the hospital is rational basical y.
