目的:研究浒苔绿藻精(CGF)对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的调节作用。方法:采用四氧嘧啶(0.24g/kg)腹腔注射建立糖尿病小鼠模型,CGF以200mg/kg、400mg/kg、800mg/kg 3个剂量分别灌胃给药,空白对照组和模型组均以蒸馏水(0.2mL/10g)灌胃,连续28d。测定小鼠的日采食量、日饮水量和血清总胆固醇(TC)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脏器指数。结果:各CGF组小鼠日采食量和日饮水量均逐渐减少,模型组则反之;CGF高、中剂量组28d空腹血糖值较0d有所降低,但无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而模型组灌胃28d的空腹血糖值较0d显著升高(P〈0.05);CGF高剂量组小鼠血清TC含量较模型组显著下降(P〉0.05);各CGF组血清SOD活性均较模型组显著升高(P〈0.05);CGF高剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数较模型组显著升高(P〈0.05),各剂量组与模型组间的脾脏指数相比没有显著差异(P〉0.05),但随着剂量的增大,脾脏指数呈逐渐升高的趋势。结论:CGF对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢有一定的调节作用。

목적:연구호태록조정(CGF)대사양밀정치당뇨병소서당지대사적조절작용。방법:채용사양밀정(0.24g/kg)복강주사건립당뇨병소서모형,CGF이200mg/kg、400mg/kg、800mg/kg 3개제량분별관위급약,공백대조조화모형조균이증류수(0.2mL/10g)관위,련속28d。측정소서적일채식량、일음수량화혈청총담고순(TC)초양화물기화매(SOD)화장기지수。결과:각CGF조소서일채식량화일음수량균축점감소,모형조칙반지;CGF고、중제량조28d공복혈당치교0d유소강저,단무통계학의의(P〉0.05);이모형조관위28d적공복혈당치교0d현저승고(P〈0.05);CGF고제량조소서혈청TC함량교모형조현저하강(P〉0.05);각CGF조혈청SOD활성균교모형조현저승고(P〈0.05);CGF고제량조소서적흉선지수교모형조현저승고(P〈0.05),각제량조여모형조간적비장지수상비몰유현저차이(P〉0.05),단수착제량적증대,비장지수정축점승고적추세。결론:CGF대사양밀정치당뇨병소서당지대사유일정적조절작용。
【Objective】 To study the effect of Chlorella Growth Factor on glucolipid metabolism in diabetic mice.【Method】Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the level of blood glucose.Totally 3 groups were given the CGF 200mg/kg,400mg/kg,800mg/kg respectively for 28 d.Record the daily food intake and water quantity,measure the TC and SOD in the serum and the viscera index of liver and kidney.【Result】Compared with the diabetic model group,CGF could reduce the daily food intake and water quantity.The middle and high does of CGF could lower the level of blood glucose(P0.05).All doses of CGF could decrease serum TC remarkably(P0.05),while increased the level of SOD(P0.05).The high does of CGF could increase the viscera index of liver.【Conclusion】CGF had certain regulatory role in glucolipid metabolism to the diabetic mice induced by alloxan.
