建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定进口葡萄酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的方法。采用正己烷作为萃取剂,样品经萃取后直接上机检测。该方法对进口葡萄酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检出限为0.05 mg/kg，样品的加标回收率为92.83％-99.44％，相对标准偏差1.35％-4.11％(n=6)。此方法操作简单、灵敏度高、实用性强，完全能够满足进口葡萄酒中4种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检测需要。

A method was established for the determination of phthalic acid esters plasticizer in import wine by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The sample was extracted using n-hexane as extraction, and then detected on the machine. The detection limit of the method for the phthalic acid ester compounds in import wine was 0.05 mg/kg and, the recoveries for the spiked sample were between 92.83%-99.44%and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.35%-4.11%(n=6). This method was simple, high sensitive and practical. Thus it can meet the demand for the determination of four kinds of phthalates in import wine.
