建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锰硅合金中硼含量的方法。经过实验比较分析,选定前处理采用硝酸-氢氟酸分解样品,以甘露醇作络合保护剂,用标准加入法测定样品中硼含量,相对标准偏差为4.51%,结果令人满意。

Detection method of boron content in manganese silicon alloy by ICP-OES was set up. After a comparative analysis of experimentation, it was worked out that the sample was pretreated with nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid decomposition, and that mannitol served as a complexing protector. The boron content was determined using ICP-OES in spiked samples. The relative standard deviation was 4.51%and the result was satisfactory.
