水电站引水钢管末端与发电厂房蜗壳连接处存在变形应力协调问题,董箐引水钢管设计中,采用垫层钢管取代波纹管伸缩节,并进行了分析、计算研究,验证了垫层钢管能适应变形应力协调,具备伸缩节类似功能,且该结构型式可降低施工难度、缩短工期、节省工程投资,具有良好的推广应用价值。
水電站引水鋼管末耑與髮電廠房蝸殼連接處存在變形應力協調問題,董箐引水鋼管設計中,採用墊層鋼管取代波紋管伸縮節,併進行瞭分析、計算研究,驗證瞭墊層鋼管能適應變形應力協調,具備伸縮節類似功能,且該結構型式可降低施工難度、縮短工期、節省工程投資,具有良好的推廣應用價值。

The joint between the end of penstock and spiral case is under deformation stress. In Dongqing hydropower project penstock with cushion course was used to take place of bellows expansion joint and related analysis and calculation were carried out. It was proved that penstock with cushion course could handle stress deformation, a function similar to joints. This way can make construction easier, shorten construction period and save investment. It's worthy of being promoted.
