加强生态移民区校本教研活动研究对于促进师生共同发展,提高教育教学质量,促进生态移民区可持续发展具有重要作用。针对生态移民区校本教研缺乏问题意识,校本教研主体边缘化,校本教研内容简单化,校本教研形式模式化,校本教研制度同质化等问题,主要从以下五个方面提出了解决路径:一是以问题研究为突破口,培养自主研究意识;二是以可持续发展为导向,确立教师主体地位;三是以多元生成为载体,建构校本教研内容;四是以具体问题为抓手,丰富校本教研形式;五是以制度建设为保障,完善监督管理体系。

Strengthening the studies on school-based activities in ecological migrant areas plays an important role in promoting the development of teachers and students , improving the quality of education and teaching , and stimulating the sustainable development of ecological migrant areas . In this study , the problems concerning the school-based teaching and research in ecological migrant districts are summarized as the lack of problem awareness , the peripherization of school-based researchers , simplified research contents , patterned forms of research activities , and homogeneous system for school-based research . In view of the above-mentioned problems , this paper put forward the following five suggestions . The first one is to cultivate the awareness of autonomous and independent research by taking problem finding and solving as the breakthrough . The second is to establish the subject status of teachers under the principle of sustainable development . The third one is to expand research contents through multiple ways of generation . The forth one is to enrich the forms of school-based research by taking specific problems as the starting points . The last one is to improve the supervision and management system through system construction .
