亚洲玉米螟( Ostrinia furnacalis)是为害玉米的重要害虫,以老熟幼虫越冬。在室内和自然条件下系统研究了亚洲玉米螟南昌种群的生物学特性。结果表明,亚洲玉米螟在江西南昌1年发生3~5代,越冬代春季最早羽化的少数个体能繁殖5代,最迟羽化的少数个体仅繁殖3代,大多数个体能繁殖4代。由于越冬幼虫滞育强度的差异及各代幼虫发育历期的个体差异,田间出现世代重叠现象。各虫态的发育历期:在20~28℃间,卵为7至4 d,雌幼虫为42.68至23.80 d,雄幼虫为45.70至23.39 d,雌蛹为14.06至5.63 d,雄蛹为14.12~至5.72 d。各虫态的发育起点温度分别为卵9.24℃、雌幼虫9.85℃、雄幼虫11.90℃、雌蛹12.02℃、雄蛹11.93℃。据室内20对成虫繁殖情况的观察,在25℃、光周期16L∶8D下,产卵前期为(3.23±0.87)d,产卵历期为(10.45±1.95)d,产卵量为(500.9±66.77)粒,雌虫寿命为(13.68±2.06)d,雄虫寿命为(12.50±2.92)d。在自然条件下,8月下旬初孵化的幼虫就有部分个体进入滞育,8月下旬末孵化的幼虫滞育率达到50%,9月3日及以后孵化的幼虫全部进入滞育。越冬幼虫从4月中旬开始化蛹,于5月下旬结束;4月中旬末化蛹的个体于4月下旬羽化,5月下旬化蛹的个体于6月上旬羽化,羽化持续期达30多天。越冬个体的幼虫期为220~268 d。

아주옥미명( Ostrinia furnacalis)시위해옥미적중요해충,이노숙유충월동。재실내화자연조건하계통연구료아주옥미명남창충군적생물학특성。결과표명,아주옥미명재강서남창1년발생3~5대,월동대춘계최조우화적소수개체능번식5대,최지우화적소수개체부번식3대,대다수개체능번식4대。유우월동유충체육강도적차이급각대유충발육력기적개체차이,전간출현세대중첩현상。각충태적발육력기:재20~28℃간,란위7지4 d,자유충위42.68지23.80 d,웅유충위45.70지23.39 d,자용위14.06지5.63 d,웅용위14.12~지5.72 d。각충태적발육기점온도분별위란9.24℃、자유충9.85℃、웅유충11.90℃、자용12.02℃、웅용11.93℃。거실내20대성충번식정황적관찰,재25℃、광주기16L∶8D하,산란전기위(3.23±0.87)d,산란력기위(10.45±1.95)d,산란량위(500.9±66.77)립,자충수명위(13.68±2.06)d,웅충수명위(12.50±2.92)d。재자연조건하,8월하순초부화적유충취유부분개체진입체육,8월하순말부화적유충체육솔체도50%,9월3일급이후부화적유충전부진입체육。월동유충종4월중순개시화용,우5월하순결속;4월중순말화용적개체우4월하순우화,5월하순화용적개체우6월상순우화,우화지속기체30다천。월동개체적유충기위220~268 d。
Asian corn borer Ostrinia furnacalis is a serious economic pest in corn production ,overwintering as fully-developed larvae .In the present study ,the biology of the Nanchang population of O.furnacalis was in-vestigated systematically under the laboratory and natural conditions .The results showed that this moth could produce 3-5 generations per year .Some overwintering individuals that emerged at the earliest in spring pro-duced 5 generations annually .Same overwintering individuals that emerged at the latest in spring produced 3 generations .Most individuals completed 4 generations .There were overlapping generations in the field due to the differences of diapause intensity of overwintering larvae and individual differences of larval duration .Between 20 ℃and 28 ℃,developmental duration was 7 to 4 days in the egg stage,42.68-23.80 days in the female lar-val stage,45.70 to 23.39 days in the male larval stage ,14.06 to 5.63 days in the female pupal stage and 14.12 to 5.72 days in the male pupal stage .The lower development threshold of O.furnacalis was 9.24℃for egg,9.85℃for the female larva,11.90 ℃for the male larva,12.02 ℃for the female pupae and 11.93 ℃for the male pupae.According to laboratory observation for 20 pair adults,under the photoperiod of LD 16:8 at 25 ℃,thepre-oviposition period was 3.23±0.87 days,oviposition period was 10.45±1.95 days,the egg production was 500.9±66.77,the longevity of female was 13.68±2.06 days and 12.50±2.92 days for male.In the field,winter diapause occurred in some individuals that hatched at the beginning of late August , 50% individuals that hatched at the end of August entered diapause and all individuals that hatched after September 3 entered dia-pause .Overwintering larvae began to pupate in the mid-April and pupation ended in late May .Adult emergence from overwintering generation exceeded more than one month from late April to early June .The development duration for overwintering larvae ranged from 220 to 268 days.
