运用逻辑的方法、座谈的方法以及资料的方法．对重庆教育学院体育教育专业人才培养方案的改革进行了系统分析与探究。提出人才培养方案应该面向事业发展的特点、学生未来就业和岗位特点，提高专业教育效益，进一步丰富和拓宽“一专多能”的内涵和外延，培养本专业的通才。

Using the logical, interviewing and literature research methods, this paper makes a systematic analysis and exploration of the reform of talent cultivation plan for the PE specialty of Chongqing Education College. It explains the idea that the talent cultivation plan should be suited to the cause development and students＇ future employment, elevate the professional education effect, enrich the ＂yizhuanduoneng （expert in one thing and versatile at many） intention and denotation and cultivate all-round talents.
