针对2011年3月正式实施的《药品生产质量管理规范》（GMP）要求，结合就业岗位职责。从药品生产质量管理课程教学的基本思路、教学内容改革和教学方法创新等方面对该课程教学进行了探讨。通过教学内容的改革和教学方法的创新，学生学习的积极性和主动性明显增强，分析问题和解决问题的能力有了较大突破．对自己的就业前途充满信心。

According to the GMP which has been implemented formally since March 2011 and employment position responsibilities, this paper discusses the teaching of the course in the aspects of basic thought, teaching content reform and teaching methodology creation. Through the teaching content reform and teaching methodology creation, the students enthusiasm and initiative is obviously enhanced and their ability to analyze and solve problems is greatly elevated. They become more confident of their employment future.
