目的：对祥云县某镇饮用井水水质进行监测评价。方法：以大理州鹤庆县本地蚕豆为材料,应用蚕豆根尖微核检测技术,以祥云县某镇周边采集5个具有代表性的井水为样品进行监测评价。结果：1号、2号、3号、4号、5号水样诱发的微核千分率分别为8.25‰、6.61‰、8.24‰、4.17‰、3.61‰;其中1号、2号、3号水样为中污染,4号水样为轻污染,5号水样为基本没有污染。结论：该镇部分饮用井水存在一定的污染。
목적：대상운현모진음용정수수질진행감측평개。방법：이대리주학경현본지잠두위재료,응용잠두근첨미핵검측기술,이상운현모진주변채집5개구유대표성적정수위양품진행감측평개。결과：1호、2호、3호、4호、5호수양유발적미핵천분솔분별위8.25‰、6.61‰、8.24‰、4.17‰、3.61‰;기중1호、2호、3호수양위중오염,4호수양위경오염,5호수양위기본몰유오염。결론：해진부분음용정수존재일정적오염。
Objective： To monitor and evaluate the drinking well water quality of a town of Xiangyun County.Methods： Micronucleus tests were conducted in Vicia faba root tips treated respectively with the five representative samples collected from a town of Xiangyun County.Results： The micronuclear rates induced by No.1,No.2,No.3,No.4 and No.5 were 8.25‰,6.61‰,8.24‰,4.17‰ and 3.61‰.According to the PI,No.1,No.2 and No.3 were moderate pollution;No.4 was slight pollution;and No.5 was almost no pollution.Conclusion： Part of the town＇s drinking well water is contaminated.
