Fundamentals of Nursing%practice teaching mode%applied talents
目的:探讨《护理学基础》本科应用型人才培养实践教学模式。方法:通过近3年护理本科应用型人才培养示范课程建设,确立以实践教学"稳、宽、优"为内容;研发"自身特色"实践教学资源;尝试"应用性开放"等为特点的实践教学模式。结果:培养的护生实习时在医院上岗适应快,基础专业技能过硬,实习医院对其满意率为100%;毕业护生专业技能突出,综合素质能力增强,具备很强的就业竞争力,近3年的专业就业率达95.74%;省内就业率达76.4%;省外就业率达23.6%;总就业率达100%。结论:实践证实,该模式能提高实践教学质量,对培养高质量的应用型创新护理人才有着相当重要的推动作用。

목적:탐토《호이학기출》본과응용형인재배양실천교학모식。방법:통과근3년호리본과응용형인재배양시범과정건설,학립이실천교학"은、관、우"위내용;연발"자신특색"실천교학자원;상시"응용성개방"등위특점적실천교학모식。결과:배양적호생실습시재의원상강괄응쾌,기출전업기능과경,실습의원대기만의솔위100%;필업호생전업기능돌출,종합소질능력증강,구비흔강적취업경쟁력,근3년적전업취업솔체95.74%;성내취업솔체76.4%;성외취업솔체23.6%;총취업솔체100%。결론:실천증실,해모식능제고실천교학질량,대배양고질량적응용형창신호리인재유착상당중요적추동작용。
Objective:To explore Fundamentals of Nursing practice teaching Mode in training of applied talents.Methods:Though about 3 years construction of demonstration program which would be wanted,firstly,establish practice teaching contents in firm,broad and perfect;secondly,expand practice teaching resources in self-characteristic;thirdly,attempt practice teaching mode which is characterized by open applied.Results: To make the nursing students accommodate themselves the internship hospital's environment fast;have excellent foundation professional skills;make the rate of hospital satisfaction is 100% where the nursing students do their internship;outstand the students'professional skill;improve their comprehensive ability;improve employment competitive power;increase the rate of the profession employment to 95.47% during the 3 years and the total rate of employment to 100% which is about 23.6% in-province and 76.4% out-province employment.Conclusion: It is proved that the mode not only can improve the teaching quantity,but also can force the training of high-quality applied nursing talents.
