目的：探讨肝片形吸虫感染的有效治疗方法。方法：对我院住院治疗的7例肝片形吸虫感染患者进行临床资料分析,研究其使用三氯苯达唑与其它抗寄生虫药物治疗的对比。结果：7例患者均有相同的临床表现,阿苯达唑、吡喹酮等药物治疗无效,三氯达苯唑有效。结论：通过这次肝片形吸虫感染的治疗和临床分析,三氯苯达唑是一种具有良好抗肝片形吸虫药效的药物,对今后治疗肝片形虫病有一定指导作用。
목적：탐토간편형흡충감염적유효치료방법。방법：대아원주원치료적7례간편형흡충감염환자진행림상자료분석,연구기사용삼록분체서여기타항기생충약물치료적대비。결과：7례환자균유상동적림상표현,아분체서、필규동등약물치료무효,삼록체분서유효。결론：통과저차간편형흡충감염적치료화림상분석,삼록분체서시일충구유량호항간편형흡충약효적약물,대금후치료간편형충병유일정지도작용。
Objective： To explore the effective treatment of Fasciola hepatica infection.Methods： An analysis of the use of Triclabendazole treatment and other antiparasitic drugs in the clinical manifestations was made among 7 cases of Fasciola hepatica infection in patients with clinical data and treatment from our hospital,and the corresponding treatment programs were compared.Results： 7 patients had the same clinical manifestations,which were that Albendazole and Praziquantel drug therapy were ineffective,while Triclabendazole effective.Conclusion： Though the treatment of Fasciola hepatica infection,Triclabendazole,as a good drug of anti-Fasciola hepatica,has a role in guiding the future treatment of Fasciolasis hepatica.
