通过对H学院经管类专业136名毕业生的问卷调查,客观分析了经管类专业本科毕业论文考核现状及存在的相关问题,结果发现,多数毕业生对毕业论文重视程度较高,但毕业论文考核程序偏于复杂,部分毕业生缺乏提升毕业论文质量的内在动力,少数毕业论文指导教师的指导工作有待进一步改进。因此,应通过简化考核程序、强化考核机制的激励与约束功能、改革考核形式以及加强对毕业生论文写作能力的培养等,进一步完善经管类专业本科毕业论文的考核机制。

Based on the questionnaire survey of 136 graduates of economics and management specialty in Huizhou University,this article analyzed objectively the status and related problems existing in assessment of graduate thesis of economics and management specialty,and found that the majority of graduates paid much emphasis on the graduate thesis,but the thesis assessment procedures were somewhat complex,some graduates lacked sufficient incentives to enhance the quality of thesis,and the work of a small number of thesis guidance teachers needed to be improved.Therefore,the assessment mechanism of graduate thesis of economics and management specialty should be further improved by simplifying assessment procedure,intensifying the incentive and constraint functions of the assessment mechanism,reforming the form of assessment and strengthening the writing skills training of the graduate thesis.
