虫瘿是由植物组织过度或不正常生长而产生的瘤肿。通过检测虫瘿危害枸杞和蚊母树叶片前后的生理生化指标(电导率、蛋白质含量、还原型谷胱甘肽、超氧物歧化酶、丙二醛),研究虫瘿对植物产生的伤害和影响,解析害虫形成虫瘿的机理。结果表明,虫瘿使枸杞和蚊母树叶片细胞膜的透性改变,电导率增大,蛋白质、GSH、SOD、MDA含量增加,对植物生理有很大的影响。
蟲癭是由植物組織過度或不正常生長而產生的瘤腫。通過檢測蟲癭危害枸杞和蚊母樹葉片前後的生理生化指標(電導率、蛋白質含量、還原型穀胱甘肽、超氧物歧化酶、丙二醛),研究蟲癭對植物產生的傷害和影響,解析害蟲形成蟲癭的機理。結果錶明,蟲癭使枸杞和蚊母樹葉片細胞膜的透性改變,電導率增大,蛋白質、GSH、SOD、MDA含量增加,對植物生理有很大的影響。
충영시유식물조직과도혹불정상생장이산생적류종。통과검측충영위해구기화문모수협편전후적생리생화지표(전도솔、단백질함량、환원형곡광감태、초양물기화매、병이철),연구충영대식물산생적상해화영향,해석해충형성충영적궤리。결과표명,충영사구기화문모수협편세포막적투성개변,전도솔증대,단백질、GSH、SOD、MDA함량증가,대식물생리유흔대적영향。
Galls are tumors caused by excessive or abnormal growth of plant tissues. Through detection of physiological and biochemical indexes (conductivity, protein content, reduced glmathione, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde) of leaves of medlar and Distylium racemosum before and after galls happened, damages and influences of galls to plants were researched and the mechanism of the generation of galls caused by pests was analyzed. The result showed that galls caused the change of permeability of cell membranes of leaves of medlar and Distylium racemosum, the improvement of conductivity and the increase of contents of protein, GSH and MDA and greatly influenced physiological properties of plants.
