通过研究不同有机育苗基质块对辣椒幼苗生长的影响,筛选出更适合辣椒育苗的有机基质块。辣椒种子播于2种不同有机育苗基质块(J1、J2)和盛有有机基质的穴盆(J3)中,测定出苗期、出苗率以及幼苗的株高、叶面积及叶绿素含量。辣椒在J1和J2中的出苗期比J3晚1天;J1中的出苗率与J3的差异不显著,但两者均极显著高于J2的;J1更利于幼苗的生长,表现在株高、叶面积、叶片数和叶绿素含量极显著高于其J2和J3的幼苗。J1是一种适宜于培育辣椒壮苗的有机基质块。

To select suitable organic substrate block for the seedling culture of hot pepper by studying the effect of different organic substrates on the growth of hot pepper seedlings.Hot pepper seeds were sowed in two different organic substrate blocks(J1,J2) and one plug tray with organic substrate(J3).The period of emergency,emergency rate,seedling height,leaf area and chlorophyll content were measured.The period of emergence of hot pepper in the plug tray was one day earlier than that in the two organic substrate blocks,and there were no significant differences in emergence rate between J1 and J3,but the emergence rate in them was significantly higher than that in J2(P0.01).It also showed that J1 was more favorable for the growth of hot pepper seedlings because the plant height,leaf area,leaf quantity,chlorophyll content of seedlings were obviously higher than that in J2and J3(P0.01).J1was a kind of organic substrate block strengthening pepper seedlings in culture.
