为建立直接染料混合体系中三组分浓度同时测定的方法,通过均匀设计得到校正集和检验集样本,采用改进的最小偏二乘法法(PLS)对体系的400nm-700nm波段可见吸收光谱进行回归分析,得出同时测定该体系多组分含量的数学模型,并将该模型用于直接染料染色过程中染料浓度的检测,结果表明模型有较好的预测能力.

A method has been formed for simultaneously determining mixture systems with three direct dyes. The calibration set and the prediction set have been obtained through uniform design. And the calibration model of the three-component system has been built by an improved partial least squares (PLS) between 400nm-700nm wave ranges. The model has been used for detection of the dye concentrations in the dyeing process, and it has a better predictive ability. This method provides a reference for online monitoring technology of the dyeing process.
