目前,国内外关于动态能力的界定和维度划分问题仍然存在分歧。本文在已有研究的基础上,将动态能力划分为机会与威胁的感知能力、资源的整合能力、资源的重构能力和创新能力四个维度,即企业通过对内外部环境进行感知,找出这些变化对企业带来的机会与威胁,通过对资源进行整合、重构和创新来获得并维持竞争优势。最后,运用理论驱动型案例法,以海尔为典型案例,探讨了动态能力的四个维度对企业获得持续性竞争优势的影响机制。

There are still differences on the definition and the dimensions of dynamic capabilities both at home and abroad. On the basis of the existing research, dynamic capabilities are further categorized into four dimensions in this study, i. e. the ability to perceive opportunities and threats, the integration and reconstruction of resources, and innovation capabilities. Through perception of the internal and external business environments, enterprises identify changes that may bring opportunities or pose threats to them, and in response, integrate, reconstruct the resources and take innovative strategies in order to gain and sustain a competitive advantage. Final- ly, this paper adopts the theory-driven approach to discuss the influence mechanism of the four dimensions of dynamic capabilities on enterprises' sustainable competitive advantage by taking Haier as the research subject.
