文章以我国加速推进统一坚强智能电网建设为背景,通过阐述美国国会、各州以及欧盟在促进智能电网发展方面的立法实践,分析并总结其中一些重要法律、政策的主要内容,结合我国具体国情,提出修改并完善我国《电力法》相关内容的立法建议。

This article emphasizes on introducing the legislative experience on Smart Grid of the US Congress and its states,as well as the European Union in the context of the Chinese government accelerating the construction of Unified Strong Smart Grid,and on the basis of summarizing and analyzing some of these significant foreign acts and policies,makes suggestions on perfecting and revising the Electric Power Law of P.R.China Combined with China＇s national conditions.
