建国以来,党对党外人士的政治和实职安排政策的发展历程,大致可分为四个阶段,即建国初期、左倾错误泛滥时期、改革开放初期、改革开放的新时期。六十多年来,党在这些政策的制定和实施过程中取得了许多成功经验,如在安排民主党派成员时要有组织间的充分协商或由民主党派提名;对党外人士的政治与实职安排不仅要规范化、制度化,而且还要使规定大致明确化;要有不断的创新等。
建國以來,黨對黨外人士的政治和實職安排政策的髮展歷程,大緻可分為四箇階段,即建國初期、左傾錯誤汎濫時期、改革開放初期、改革開放的新時期。六十多年來,黨在這些政策的製定和實施過程中取得瞭許多成功經驗,如在安排民主黨派成員時要有組織間的充分協商或由民主黨派提名;對黨外人士的政治與實職安排不僅要規範化、製度化,而且還要使規定大緻明確化;要有不斷的創新等。
건국이래,당대당외인사적정치화실직안배정책적발전역정,대치가분위사개계단,즉건국초기、좌경착오범람시기、개혁개방초기、개혁개방적신시기。륙십다년래,당재저사정책적제정화실시과정중취득료허다성공경험,여재안배민주당파성원시요유조직간적충분협상혹유민주당파제명;대당외인사적정치여실직안배불부요규범화、제도화,이차환요사규정대치명학화;요유불단적창신등。
Since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,the CPC＇s development process of political and substantive arrangements for non-party members can be roughly divided into four stages,namely,the early days of the foundation,the flood period of the left-leaning errors,the early days of reform and opening up and the new period of reform and opening up.More than 60 years,the CPC has made much successful experiences in the policy making and implementation,such as arranging the Democratic Party members requiring full consultation between the organizations or nominated by the Democratic Parties;the political and substantive arrangements for non-party members required not only standardized and institutionalized,but also making the provisions more or less clear and constant innovation.
