改革开放以来,随着教育国际化不断加深,我国高等院校聘请的外籍教师逐渐增多,从而使外籍教师管理的难度逐渐加大。根据管理学中的激励理论,分析探讨适合高校外籍教师管理中的有效激励机制,从物质、情感、环境、竞争等多方面建立起完整有效的管理激励体系,避免形式主义,从而达到提高高等学校外籍教师聘请效益的目的。

개혁개방이래,수착교육국제화불단가심,아국고등원교빙청적외적교사축점증다,종이사외적교사관리적난도축점가대。근거관이학중적격려이론,분석탐토괄합고교외적교사관리중적유효격려궤제,종물질、정감、배경、경쟁등다방면건립기완정유효적관리격려체계,피면형식주의,종이체도제고고등학교외적교사빙청효익적목적。
Since the Reform and Opening-up policy was carried out,the number of foreign teachers employed by the institutions of higher learning has increased constantly.It became very difficult to manage and motivate foreign teachers to work hard and obtain great employment benefit.This paper is based on the motivating theories of management and discusses to set up useful motivating systems in the management of foreign teachers in the institutions of higher learning so as to improve the employment benefit.
