当前我国学前教育发展滞后且不均衡,主要体现在学前教育普及率低、理念陈旧、城乡及公办民办差距过大等方面。为了切实落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中对学前教育发展的要求,需要明确学前教育发展中地方政府的职责与角色,即经费的投入者、标准的制定者和质量的监管者;另外,政府要从财政扶持、师资配备和技术指导三个方面大力扶持农村民办幼儿园的发展。
噹前我國學前教育髮展滯後且不均衡,主要體現在學前教育普及率低、理唸陳舊、城鄉及公辦民辦差距過大等方麵。為瞭切實落實《國傢中長期教育改革和髮展規劃綱要(2010—2020年)》中對學前教育髮展的要求,需要明確學前教育髮展中地方政府的職責與角色,即經費的投入者、標準的製定者和質量的鑑管者;另外,政府要從財政扶持、師資配備和技術指導三箇方麵大力扶持農村民辦幼兒園的髮展。

The preschool education development in China is underdeveloped and unbalanced.The problems in preschool education development mainly include the low popularity rate,obsolete educational philosophy and great gap between the urban and rural areas,etc.In order to meet the preschool education needs in National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),we need to nail down the responsibilities and roles of local government in developing preschool education.It is accepted that the local government should be the investor,the standards maker and the surveillant of education quality.In addition,the local government should try its best to support rural preschool education through financial support,teaching staff arrangement and technology guide.
