从利益相关者理论及对大学的适应性出发,分析了大学的利益相关者及其价值诉求,并在此基础上从组织战略、组织结构、组织文化三个维度,提出了通过树立利益相关者共同治理的办学理念、创新组织结构、形成利益相关者共同治理的组织文化等三个方面来推进大学组织创新的基本策略。
從利益相關者理論及對大學的適應性齣髮,分析瞭大學的利益相關者及其價值訴求,併在此基礎上從組織戰略、組織結構、組織文化三箇維度,提齣瞭通過樹立利益相關者共同治理的辦學理唸、創新組織結構、形成利益相關者共同治理的組織文化等三箇方麵來推進大學組織創新的基本策略。
종이익상관자이론급대대학적괄응성출발,분석료대학적이익상관자급기개치소구,병재차기출상종조직전략、조직결구、조직문화삼개유도,제출료통과수립이익상관자공동치리적판학이념、창신조직결구、형성이익상관자공동치리적조직문화등삼개방면래추진대학조직창신적기본책략。
On the basis of the stakeholder theory and its adaptability to universities,this paper analyzes the stakeholders of universities and their value resort.It puts forward some school running notions of common governance together with stakeholders from three dimensions,namely organizational strategy,organizational structure and organizational culture.For the purpose of sustainable and harmonious development of universities,the organizational innovation of universities should be pushed forward with the innovation of organizational structure in order to adapt to the common governance of stakeholders,and the formation of organizational culture of the common governance of stakeholders.
