为拓宽竹材剩余物的开发应用途径,以改性竹屑为吸附剂,孔雀石绿(MG)为吸附质,考察了改性竹屑吸附孔雀石绿的动力学以及pH、染料浓度、吸附剂投量及吸附温度对吸附的影响;并采用准一级、准二级、颗粒内扩散方程及Elovich吸附模型对吸附数据进行了拟合。结果表明:溶液pH、吸附温度、吸附剂投量等对吸附有一定影响;吸附动力学分析结果显示,吸附过程是一个物理吸附控制的准二级动力学过程。竹屑改性制备吸附材料对孔雀石绿吸附效果佳,显示出竹材废料在印染废水处理中的良好应用前景。

To develop new exploiting and utilizing ways for bamboo shavings, the adsorption experiments of malachite green (MG) from adqueous solution were studied under different conditions of solution pH, dose of modified bamboo shavings, dye concentration, and tem- perature, with modified bamboo shavings as bio-adsorbent; the pseudo-first order, pseudo-second order, intraparticle diffusion models and Elovich equation were used to desfible the adsorption behavior. The experiments results indicate that: solution pH, dose of modified bamboo shavings, dye concentration, and temperature show a certain effect on the adsorption; the pseudo-second model is the best model to describe the kinetic data, and the adsorption is governed by physical proess. The study shows an effective and economic adsorbent made from bamboo shavings and it's good foreground in dyeing wastewater treatment.
