Ⅱ型金刚石具有电性差异特性,可作为信息技术物理中的感知材料。产于山东的金刚石内含约20%的特异金刚石,是光电半导体的重要资源。简述可用于感知关联器件的Ⅱ型金刚石的基本特征及在信息技术中的应用,以助于促进传统地学研究与现代信息技术的融合。

Type II diamonds（nitrogen content 0.001%） possess superior semi-conductor characteristics and are used as photoelectric materials for information technology applications.Diamonds produced in Shandong contain about 20% of type II diamond,and are an important resource in the manufacture of photoelectric semiconductors.This paper reviews the basic characteristics and applications of type II diamonds,and aims to contribute to the ongoing integration of traditional geological research and modern information technology.
