国家经营的内涵主要是指国家作为经营者直接或间接负责经营国有企业及其相关的经济管理活动。国家经营要求充分发挥国有及国有控股企业的支柱作用,国家经营的方式和范畴会因国家性质不同而有所差别。针对中国近年来在经济发展中出现的新问题,基于对曾经一度流行于思想理论界的泛市场化思潮的批判,提出在现有的国家经济体制内,必须加大政府干预市场经济的力度,实施国家经营管理的发展战略思路。

State corporatism means the state is actively engaged-directly or indirectly-in the running of state-owned corporations and their related economic activities.State corporatism entails an effort to build state-owned corporations as national champions.But the approaches and scope of state corporatism are diverse across different countries depending on the nature of the countries.This essay aims to provide a criticism on some new problems of the recent Chinese economy and the arguments of a full devotion to market economy-once prevalence among Chinese thinkers.Taking consideration of the current structure of the Chinese economy,this essay proposes that the government needs to increase its intervention in the economy and implement state corporatism as a development strategy.
