高校学长制近年来在我国部分高校试行,旨在吸引优秀高年级学生参与,以辅导低年级学生的一种学生教育管理模式。高校实施学长制,是创新高校学生教育管理模式的必然要求,是促进大学生全面发展的客观要求,是增强思想政治教育实效性的内在需要。因此,要理清高校学长制实施的基本思路,从认识、内容、方法等角度加以创新,使其更加适应我国高校的发展要求。

고교학장제근년래재아국부분고교시행,지재흡인우수고년급학생삼여,이보도저년급학생적일충학생교육관리모식。고교실시학장제,시창신고교학생교육관리모식적필연요구,시촉진대학생전면발전적객관요구,시증강사상정치교육실효성적내재수요。인차,요리청고교학장제실시적기본사로,종인식、내용、방법등각도가이창신,사기경가괄응아국고교적발전요구。
Student Mentoring Scheme（SMS） tends to get excellent high-grade students involved in helping low-grade students.The SMS is the inevitable trend of the innovation in the management of college students,the objective requirement for the all-round development of college students,and the inner demand of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Therefore,we should clarify the basic idea of implementation student mentoring scheme in colleges,innovate from the point of understanding,content and method,make it more adapted to the requirement.
