以彩色马蹄莲‘高原’块茎为材料研究其组培快繁技术,筛选适合彩色马蹄莲快繁的培养基。结果表明:在初代试验中对块茎的消毒以0.1%HgCl2处理15 min为宜;MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1~0.2 mg/LNAA为适宜的愈伤组织诱导培养基;MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA能使愈伤组织分化出状态良好的丛生芽并继续增殖;在生根培养基1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+10%香蕉上生根率100%,试管苗生长健壮,根系粗壮发达。试验为彩色马蹄莲的快繁体系及规模化生产提供参考依据。

The bulbs of Zantedeschia hybrida.‘Gaoyuan’were used as explants to study the tissue culture and rapid propagation,and to screen the best culture medium for rapid propagation.The best disinfectant time by 0.1% HgCl2 was 15 minutes.The best medium for callus induction was MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1-0.2 mg/L NAA.Callus grew into cluster buds and the buds grew well in the medium of MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA.In the medium of 1/2MS + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 10% banana,the plantlets in vitro had the rooting rate of 100%,and their root system grew vigourly.
