通过对香蕉苗进行不同初始浓度为0、1、2、5 g/m3的SO2熏气处理,研究其叶片结构、全硫含量、脯氨酸的变化。结果显示香蕉苗对SO2产生明显生理响应。随SO2浓度(为初始浓度,下同)上升,全硫、脯氨酸含量呈现递增趋势,受害叶片数、叶面积增加,叶片细胞受损害程度递增,原生质外泄、细胞收缩、骨架受损、细胞内因受害产生红色物质。研究结果表明:SO2作用于香蕉苗在其细胞内产生丝状分散的红色物质可能是SO2对其特殊的反应,可作为检测SO2污染的辅助技术;香蕉苗吸入的硫素含量达到自身正常水平的50%仍可进行正常恢复生长,也表明其对SO2污染有一定程度的净化作用;另外,香蕉苗叶片中全硫与脯氨酸含量在SO2处理中表现出线性相关。

The changes of leaf structure,proline and total sulfur content in the banana plantlets treated with SO2 were studied at the initial concentrations of 0,1,2,5 g/m3.It was found that the leaves and leaf cells suffered injury,the total sulfur content and proline content in the leaf increased with the increasing SO2 concentration,and the protoplasm let out,the cells shrunk and the cytoskeleton was damaged.Special unknown red substance was produced in the cells because of damage caused by SO2.The results suggested that the production of red substance might be the special reaction caused by SO2,and it could be applied for the identification of SO2 pollution as an accessorial tool.The banana plantlets still keep a normal growth status under absorbing 1.5 times sulfur,indicating that the banana plantlets had definite decontamination to SO2.Moreover,the sulfur content had a linear correlation with the proline content when treated with SO2.
