研究了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的高温抗氧化性能。采用X R D、SEM分析了样品氧化后的物相组成及显微结构,并测试了试样氧化前后的抗弯强度和维氏硬度。实验结果表明:Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷在800℃时氧化不明显,但抗弯强度开始下降;样品在900℃时开始剧烈氧化,材料的抗弯强度呈现明显的下降趋势,试样氧化前后的硬度变化较小。随着氧化温度的升高,氧化层厚度明显增加,Ti(C,N)被氧化变成TiO 2。

연구료Ti(C,N)기금속도자적고온항양화성능。채용X R D、SEM분석료양품양화후적물상조성급현미결구,병측시료시양양화전후적항만강도화유씨경도。실험결과표명:Ti(C,N)기금속도자재800℃시양화불명현,단항만강도개시하강;양품재900℃시개시극렬양화,재료적항만강도정현명현적하강추세,시양양화전후적경도변화교소。수착양화온도적승고,양화층후도명현증가,Ti(C,N)피양화변성TiO 2。
High temperature oxidation resistance of Ti(C,N)-based cermets were investigated in this study.The phase composition and microstructure of the oxidized samples were tested by XRD and SEM respectively.Their bending strength and Vickers hardness were also tested.The results showed that the surface of Ti(C,N)-based cermet samples was slightly oxidized at 800℃,but their bending strength was remarkably decreased.The sample was greatly oxidized at 900℃,the thickness of the oxide layer increased obviously,and the Ti(C,N) was oxidized to form TiO2.
